There are four bedrooms and five beds. The primary bedroom has a king, the secondary also has a king. The third bedroom has a full and the fourth bedroom has a bunkbed which includes a single and a double. There is also an office upstairs.
Yes, and the kitchen is large and boasts a gas range, island, and any dishes needed for cooking for your family.
Yes. We have both a washer and a dryer, as well as an iron for your convenience. There is plenty of clothing storage around the house as well.
Yes. While there is a stairway leading to three bedrooms and the office, the primary bedroom is downstairs and has a walk-in shower. All the main living areas are handicap accessible. There is a small stoop with a couple steps on the front porch, however these steps are shallow and low.
A wonderful two story home in the heart of Edmond features two dining areas, a spacious living room, and a master suite. There are 3 bedrooms and a total of 4 beds. Two of the bedrooms have king size beds and the third bedroom offers a bunk bed with a full size lower mattress and a twin size upper mattress. Each bedroom has a television. There is also a comfortable sitting area upstairs with a large television, and small study desk and games.
The master has its own private bathroom with full size shower and a large jetted tub, private toilet and walk-in clothes closet. There is a powder bath on the first floor as well. The upstairs bathroom services the two rooms upstairs and is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Enjoy sitting on the front porch glider or sipping coffee over breakfast at the bistro table with two chairs.
The fenced back yard offers privacy, a sitting area, bbq grill, and small fire pit (always check with our local fire department regarding burn bans as Oklahoma often has very dry conditions and outdoor fires are not allowed).
